Saturday GENERAL SESSION

TSCRA was instrumental in crafting and supporting two new laws that affirm the value of private property rights in Texas. These laws went into effect Sept. 1, 2011.

Jason Skaggs, TSCRA executive director of government and public affairs, and guest ranchers and landowners will explain how these laws apply to real life to reform eminent domain and to protect the water beneath your land. We'll also provide a look at the political landscape going into the 2012 elections, and what effect your vote could have.
